Rebecca is a native Arizonian located in Phoenix AZ, married with two adult children and part of a large extended family. She is an outdoor person and three of her favorite hobbies are skiing, hiking and scuba diving. She is lucky to be able to do the work that brings her alive – having conversations that matter and helping others create their best future.
Penny Handscomb has lived and worked in the US, Canada, Israel, UK and spent a significant amount of time in emerging markets where she has helped build businesses with a main focus on human capital. She has spent a great deal of time helping organizations scale as well as manage change. Penny is a master coach, board member and past adjunct professor.
More specifically for the past nearly four years Penny has been working for a social impact Venture Capital organization. She is based in London, UK and she supports, advises and coaches entrepreneurs worldwide on challenges associated with start ups and scale ups. Penny is also an advisor for another investment firm focused on entrepreneurs in emerging markets. She is on the board for one of Africa’s fastest growing ED Tech organizations and has also spent over 20 years helping to build organizations as well as managing the implementation side of acquisition and been involved in successful turn arounds.
Penny was one of the “original team members” who helped to build Proflowers from ground floor to over 600M, as well as being on the executive team that took the company through the IPO, and she continued in her capacity when the company was publicly traded.
Amy Kosterlitz is an executive coach who, for the past eight years of her four decade professional career, has coached leaders in law, government, nonprofits, healthcare and business. Amy brings insight to coaching from her diverse professional experiences, including: as lead attorney representing corporations and public agencies in complex legal matters and resolving high profile disputes; as a senior partner with responsibility for building and managing a law firm and training and mentoring junior attorneys; as leader of multi-disciplinary teams on complex land development projects; and as an expert on public taskforces and a member of nonprofit boards.

Tim Signorelli has led from the executive chair for 25 years. His ability to engage, develop and empower people as CEO for several regional medical organizations sparked Tim’s interest in Leadership Coaching.
Tim’s core service focus is executive leadership coaching and mentoring, high performance team assessment and development, leader competency/skill building and meeting and retreat facilitation.
